The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.71 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and there is no chance of her absconding, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
