The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 334(c) of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 379, 420, 384, 435, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that this is a case of civil dispute between the families of the complainant and sellers. Prior to this case, F.I.R. was lodged by the petitioners' side against the complainant, as detailed in Annexure-2 to this application. Thereafter, the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case.
