2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137, 96, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have eloped with the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24567 of 2025(4) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she has eloped on her own.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIIth- cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Patna, District-Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2024.
