The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 7762 of 2012 which stood dismissed against respondent no. 6 due to non compliance of peremptory order dated 20.4.2012.
Besides hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C. No. 7762 of 2012 be restored to its

It is clarified that if the order dated 20.4.2012 is not complied within a period of three weeks from today, the writ petition so far respondent no. 6 is concerned shall stand dismissed without further reference to Bench.
