JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 28-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceedings. Vide order dated 28.08.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 18476 of 2020 prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected and petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 167 of 2020 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge against the petitioner has been framed as stated in Annexure-3 of this bail application.

Considering the fact that charge has been framed against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five
