The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bhorey P.S. Case No. 104/2006, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased.

It appears that petitioners have filed this petition for anticipatory bail after ten years of the occurrence. On this ground, alone, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
