The petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Sections 304(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner has been twice rejected by the trial court vide order dated 9.8.2018 and 22.11.2018 respectively with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after three months. Without going into merit of the case, this bail petition is disposed off with direction to the petitioner to move before the court below in terms of order dated 22.11.2018.
