JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. This writ application has been filed by the petitioners for a direction to the respondents to consider their respective representations dated 06.07.2011 and 06.03.2013 for appointment to the post of Tuberculosis Assistant and on the post of clerk/dispenser in the Department of Health.
It is contended that similarly situated persons had earlier approached this Court by filing C.W.J.C. No. 16266 of 2014 which has been disposed of on 18.09.2014 with a direction to the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna, to take cognizance of the representations of the petitioners of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.93 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 aforesaid case, get necessary enquiry held in respect of their claims and dispose them of in accordance with law expeditiously. Learned counsel for the State also admits that in C.W.J.C. No. 16266 of 2014, identical issues were involved. Accordingly, this writ application also stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the Director-inChief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna, by filing their respective representations setting out their claims and, thereafter, let the same be disposed of by him in terms of the directions given in C.W.J.C. No. 16266 of 2014.
