The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/342/447/148/ 325/ 379/354/323/324/504/506/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner allegedly assaulted with the Butt of the pistol at the head of the informant. Co-accused Bilash Yadav assaulted with axe causing injury at the head of the informant. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2018 having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Case No.290 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
