02. 16.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2015 registered under Sections 363, 365 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari.

Considering the statement of the alleged victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to surrender immediately in the Court below.
