At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted, by referring to paragraph No. 10 and 11 of the counter affidavit filed in the present case, that the sanction order for payment of the differential amount on the head of unutilized earned leave has already been issued on 04.07.2022 and then the payment has also been made.

The aforesaid factual position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, hence he submits that the present writ petition be
