The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) For issuance of a writ/writs, order/orders for quashing the part of order specifically clause (3) of Memo No.497 dated 07.12.2021 issued by the Deputy Secretary, Education Department, Bihar, Patna whereby revised scale has been granted on the basis of 7th Pay revision but the order of payment has been made from the month of issuance of the order which is against the government decision issued vide memo no. 419 dated

(b) For issuance of an order/direction or writ including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to grant pay scale on the basis of 7th Pay Revision Committee w.e.f. 01.04.2017 in the light of the Government decision contained in Memo No. 419 dated 03.11.2021."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the resolution dated 03.11.2021, issued by the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna. Liberty so sought is granted.
