1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This application is, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., against the order dated 06.05.2015 passed in Session Trial No. 157 of 2014 arising out of Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 24 of 2011 whereby the learned trial Judge has refused the prayer of the petitioner for discharge.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that after filing of this application, the trial has commenced and some witnesses have been examined.

4. In view of the fair submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to entertain this application.
