The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Hisua P.S. case No. 250 of 2018 registered under Section 336, 290, 427 and some other minor Sections of the IPC.

It is alleged that Bhumihar Brahman Ekta Manch called a Band and they have blocked the road. When the informant reached near Hisua Gaya railway crossing he saw that two groups of people were scuffling with each other in which glass of a tourist bus was damaged.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no allegation is made against the petitioners. Similarly situated accused Gopal Kuamr has already been granted anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24149 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10400 of 2019. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that similarly situated accused Gopal Kumar, has already been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. case No. 250 of 2018 , subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
