JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhaurahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 201 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the deceased and causing death.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact the deceased persons were came in the school premises and misbehaving with the Head Mistress and also threatening her and thereafter villagers assembled and assaulted them and petitioners have been made accused in this case only on the basis of video recording. Further, petitioners

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjaul, District Begusarai, in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhaurahi O.P.)
