Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Amendment Act, 2018. Allegation is that liquor was recovered from the two wheeler. Petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2020. Petitioner has got an identical allegation of subsequent act. Considering the facts aforesaid and period already undergone by the petitioner and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jadopur Police Station Case No.09 of 2020 with following conditions:

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
