2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Nawada Complaint Case No. 265 of 2024 instituted under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code lodged by the complainant Shabnam Praveen.

3. Although, in this case, the couple was directed to be present in the Court, it has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he wants to surrender in the matter and as such the present petition be permitted to be withdrawn.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
