Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 341, 324, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Penal Code and Section 3(x) of the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act for an occurrence which is said to have taken place on 10.03.2015 but written report has been submitted before the Officer-in-Charge, Digha Police Station, Patna on 14.03.2015 without explaining the delay between the date of occurrence and the date of report.

In the circumstances, I direct the petitioners, named above, to surrender in the court below within a period of

No.40188 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Md. Inam Khan, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 73/15, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
