The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No.299 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he assaulted with Farsa on the head of the informant as a result of which he became unconscious and upon examination the doctor found injury over the head, which was grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
