The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 337, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons shot fire on the informant's brother, due to which he sustained fire arm injury. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 7.1.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. In spur of moment the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place. It is further alleged that the petitioner may be released after completion of one year in custody from 7.1.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after completion of one year in custody from 7.1.2019, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. case No.448 of 2018.
