In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 630 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Excise Act.

Allegation has been made that about 103 liters of illegal liquor has been recovered from the joint house of the petitioner.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
