The petitioners are in custody in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018 for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are lady and they have not named in the F.I.R. He submits that petitioners are in custody since 15.01.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they were not named in the F.I.R. and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22370 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 have remained in custody nearly three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-III Danapur in connection with Dulhin Bazar, P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018.
