2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No.85 of 2024, FIR dated 11.02.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,325,307,504,506 of IPC.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted to the husband of the informant due to which hand of the husband of the informant has been fractured and he fell down on ground.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The allegation as alleged in the FIR is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR.
5. Learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State, on other other hand, have vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that from a bare perusal of the FIR it appears that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted to the husband of the informant and injury report of the husband of the informant suggests that the injury is grievous in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted to the husband of the informant and injury report of the husband of the informant suggests that the injury is grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No.85 of 2024, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Mohania, Kaimur at Bhabhua.

7. Prayer is refused.
