The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 243 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 17.7.2018. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others has stolen cable wire. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The allegation is only general and omnibus.
