2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 658C/2014.
3. As per the allegation, the petitioner did not pay the outstanding amount to the complainant as against the purchase of a tractor even after a lapse of considerable period.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the complainant are siblings. It is a case of civil nature. He has further submitted that the petitioner has already paid the entire consideration money of Rs. 5,50,000/- to the complainant.

5. Despite notices issued to the complainant, none appeared on his behalf.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Saharsa in Complaint Case No. 658C of 2014.
