The petitioner being Devar of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after eight years of marriage by strangulating her. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly the informant is not the eye witness to the occurrence and only on suspicion the entire in-laws family has been roped in the present case.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that during investigation it transpired that the victim was strangulated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39927 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 and the mother of the petitioner has been granted regular bail vide Cr. Misc. No.18803 of 2015.

Considering the accusation being omnibus and genera against the entire inlaws family, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Patnacity in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No.12 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
