The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 377 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
