JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties including learned counsel for the informant.

Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under Sections 436, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and that the petitioners have also criminal antecedent, this Court, by taking into account that even earlier the daughter of the informant had filed a case against the petitioners, finds it difficult to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners against whom there is specific allegation of putting the house of the informant on fire. That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, Md. Irfan and Md. Yusuf is rejected but then nothing said in this order shall come in the way of the petitioners in surrendering and making a prayer for regular bail which shall be
