The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32200 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of three weeks on behalf of petitioner No. 3 from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30661 of 2016 (2) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 The order dated 07.08.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Complaint Case No. 4577 of 2014, pending in the court of leaned Judicial Magistrate, II Class, Purnea.
