2. With the consent of both the sides this writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.5831 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/3 application is being disposed of at the present stage.

3. For the reliefs claimed by the petitioners in the present writ application, the learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioner no.1, Smt. Vishakha Devi has already filed a representation before the Deputy Development Commissioner, Katihar which is dated 26.02.2025 (AnnexureP/6 Series, at page-27 of the writ application).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is given to the Deputy Development Commissioner, Katihar to dispose of the said representation within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner no.1.

5. The learned counsel appearing for respondentsState has no objection to this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

6. In view of the above, this writ application is disposed of with the direction to the Deputy Development Commissioner, Katihar to decide the representation dated 26.02.2025 (Annexure-P/6 Series, page-27 of the writ application) within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order. The Deputy Development Commissioner, Katihar while deciding the representation shall give sufficient

7. The petitioner no.1 would be at liberty to pray for stay before the Deputy Development Commissioner, Katihar, who will decide it in accordance with law.
