By filing this application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks free and fair investigation in Halasi P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014 dated 13.11.2014 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.9 of 2015 dt.05-08-2015 2 / 2 Code and 3(1)(iv) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

The petitioner is neither the informant nor an accused in the aforesaid case. In my view, he has got no locus standi in the matter.
