The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupouli P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019, G.R. no. 4428 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him. Neither the petitioner has been put on T.I.P. nor anything incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has falsely
