2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 111 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 504, 307/34 of the I.P.Cj.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with some other persons had entered into the house of informant and had asked for return of the bank loan which was taken by her. On protest, they indulged in hurling abuses and assault causing injury to the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as a member of the group loan and she had gone along with the recovery agent only for the purposes of showing the house of the loanee, i.e. the informant. There is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25505 of 2025(4) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 specific allegation of assault on the petitioner. The nature of injury is no doubt grievous but the same is attributable specifically to Amit Kumar and Vikash Kumar, which would be evident from the paragraph 81 of the case diary.

5. Learned APP, however, opposes the grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and also considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, who is a lady having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda (Bihar Sharif) in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 111 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
