In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Valmiki Nagar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307 353, 212, 225, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11, 12, 13 U.A.P. Act.
The S.T.F. along with police force as also the Informant have gone to catch the nexalite persons and the police arrested one person but, his associates including present petitioners tried to release him.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26082 of 2017 (3) dt.11-08-2017 Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the above named petitioners, is rejected.
If the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and pray for bail, the court below will consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
