Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No. 341 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 384, 386, 307, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that of demanding ransom of Rs. 05 lacs from the informant and upon the non-fulfillment of the ransom amount the petitioner threatened the informant's family to kill them. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2022. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No. 341 of 2021.
