The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he was appointed in pursuance of the selection process but he had not availed any salary and more so, he has resigned from service without withdrawing any government money. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons, arising out of the same FIR, have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 996 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29373 of 2015 (3) dt.05-10-2015 2015.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
