This application has been filed for regular bail in connection with Biroul P.S. Case No. 115 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 465, 468, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code 1860.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this application, the petitioner has been released on bail giving advantage of Section 167(2) Cr. P.C. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
