====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleges that on 15.10.2021 at about 6:30 pm, while he was on his way to Shyama Apartment when 10 named accused persons including the petitioner and five unknown surrounded and assaulted him with iron rod and further snatched Rs. 20,000/- and gold chain from his neck. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the injuries suffered by the informant is simple in nature, further

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 538 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

One of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father Vijay Kumar.
