ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly there is land dispute between the parties and the allegations that the petitioners attacked the informant's side are totally false and concocted. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties have been litigating since long and a case under Section 144 Cr. P.C. was filed which was decided in favour of the petitioners and, therefore, the present case has been lodged. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the injuries

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Saran at Chapra in connection with Mahowrah P.S.
