The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the Chaukidar that on information that the daughter-in-law of the petitioners committed suicide he reached on the spot and found the victim dead while hanging with the ceiling fan. The informant also came to know that earlier also twice the victim made an attempt to commit suicide.

No.50924 of 2014 (04) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the husband of the victim has already surrendered and the charge-sheet has been submitted against the husband of the victim under Section 306 of the IPC. Moreover, the petitioners claimed to be separate from the husband of the victim.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Baliia P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
