The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 14/2017, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the informant, OfficerIncharge of Warisaliganj P.S., received secret information from the Supdt. of Police and S.D.P.O., Pakribarawan about the gathering of a gang in the rented premises situated in the house of Satyanarayan Sharma in Village Bihari, P.S. Katrisarai, DistrictNalanda with mobile, Whats App and Blue Tooth for providing the answer of the questions of examination of Bihar Staff Selection Commission to the candidates appearing in the said
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24778 of 2017 (2) dt.07-09-2017 2/2 examination. The police officials reached there, from where several accused persons were apprehended with mobile, Whats App, Blue Tooth and original mark-sheets and certificates of several candidates including the petitioner. They confessed their guilt about managing to supply the answer to the candidates appearing in the S.S.C. Examination.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and seek regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
