The petitioner seeks bail in Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 425 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 438 cartridges has been recovered from the house of this petitioner and seizure list bear signature of the petitioner.

Considering recovery of huge quantity of live cartridges from the house of petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The petitioner will be at liberty to renew the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24422 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 for bail after six months in the event no substantive progress is made in the trial.
