ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.
Petitioner no.1, being the mother-in-law, and petitioner no.2, being the father-in-law, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No.16 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the case diary has been called for in connection with the present case, the same has not been received till date. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased-son of these petitioners has been in jail custody since long.

No.40649 of 2014 (4) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 In view of the fact that the case diary has not yet been received and also the submission made on behalf of the petitioners that these two petitioners have not been sent up for trial, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No.16 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
