The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that both the petitioners tried to ravish the informant. The motive of the occurrence alleged to be the earlier case lodged by the informant side being Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014 against the petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that after conclusion of the investigation the final

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49032 of 2014 (03) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 form has been submitted under Sections 341, 323 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the accusation in the background of earlier litigated relationship and the final form being submitted under Sections 341, 323 and 354/34 of the IPC, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sitamarhi.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
