The present writ petition filed on behalf of the petitioners is completely misconceived, as no valid cause of action has been shown by the petitioners for coming to this Court in the present proceeding.
Merely on certain unsubstantiated apprehension, the writ petition cannot be entertained. If the petitioners have any grievance with respect to certain plots of land or the action of the authorities, then at the first instance, they must approach the competent authority for redressal of their valid grievances.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands dismissed.
