The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

The petitioner is a P.D.S. Dealer. The allegation has been controverted by placing the material on the record that the grains and other articles were lifted subsequent to the date of raid. Hence, discrepancy in maintenance of record was recorded. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
