2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 430/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 79 of the J.J. Act read with Section 3/14 of the Child Adolescent Labour Prohibition and Regulation Act, 1986.
3. The petitioners are accused of taking some children to a different State for child labour.
4. The petitioners are in custody since 19.12.2023.
5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28301 of 2024(2) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judical Magistrate, Sonepur in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 430/2023.
6. The petitioner No. 1 is directed to mark his attendance in Bairiya Police Station whereas petitioner No. 2 is directed to mark his attendance in Banjariya police station on 1st Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
