In substance, the case of the writ petitioners is that the respondent no.4 motivated them and some others to invest in some fund/scheme which they did. Later the office was closed down and they could not get their fund/amount. They were defrauded by the private respondent. Writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to take penal measures against the private respondent(s).
If that be the case, petitioners should take legal steps as required by them in accordance with law instead of filing a writ petition against the private respondents.
The writ application is disposed of.
