2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304B, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 451 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner being the husband of the deceased has been falsely implicated and it is a case of natural death and no specific accusation has been made against him.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
