2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat PS Case No. 226/2021 dated 15.10.2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/120(B)/34 of the IPC and under section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per First Information Report, the petitioner along with other accused persons, allegedly, killed the daughter of the informant for non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased has falsely been implicated in this case along with all family members. Allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature and the co-accused persons i.e., father-in-law,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24262 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased have already been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 32552/2022 dated 15.09.2022 (Annexure-2). The petitioner is eighteen years old and a student.

Regards being had to the submissions made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is a relative of the husband of the deceased who is in custody and other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, PAPPU SHARMA @ PAPPU KUMAR SHARMA, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat PS Case No. 226/2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC.
